Image Usage and Licensing

This notice applies to images displayed in the public Piximagi case library and its case detail pages. Content generated or uploaded by users in their accounts remains subject to the Terms of Service, specific order terms, and applicable third-party rules.

Case images are published to help visitors explore visual styles, note a case number, and discuss custom image work. Public display does not automatically grant permission to download, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or use an image commercially.

Unless you receive written permission, do not use case images directly in advertising, product listings, publications, stock libraries, model training, or other public commercial projects.

Case images may include AI-generated content. Protection for AI-generated material varies by jurisdiction, and third-party trademarks, likenesses, creative elements, or other rights shown in an image are not transferred by this notice.

Piximagi can only confirm permission for material it has the right to handle. Before publication, the user remains responsible for evaluating the intended use, territory, platform rules, and other applicable requirements.

To request use of a case image or commission a new image based on a reference case, send the case number, intended use, publication channels, and expected scope to support@piximagi.com. Chinese-speaking customers may also contact WeChat Agent9797.

Permitted use, attribution, fees, and other conditions are governed by the final written confirmation. No permission is granted until you receive explicit confirmation.

After permission is granted, follow the attribution, duration, media scope, and modification limits in the written confirmation. Where attribution is required and no other wording is specified, use Piximagi as the credit.
