When you sign up, sign in, buy credits, or use image workflows, we process account email, authentication provider data, order records, credit balance, generation requests, prompts, uploaded or reference images, generated result URLs, and basic usage logs.

Payments are processed by Creem. Piximagi does not store full card details; we store the order, product, credit, and callback verification records needed to operate the service.

We use this information to provide authentication, generation, storage, downloads, credit deduction, order verification, abuse prevention, customer support, and product improvement.

We may use risk checks and challenge systems to reduce free-trial abuse and protect service quality for normal users.

Uploaded references and generated results are used to complete your requested image task and may be stored in the configured object storage or CDN so you can access and download them.

Do not upload sensitive, unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized content. You are responsible for reviewing generated images and platform rules before commercial publication.

To provide the service, we may share necessary information with authentication, payment, object storage, challenge, analytics, and AI model providers.

We do not sell your personal information except where required by law, service security, or the feature you request.
