Piximagi provides GPT-powered image generation, image editing, workflow presets, credit billing, downloads, and account management.

We may adjust models, output tiers, credit costs, trial rules, and product features to maintain quality, cost control, and service stability.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Trial credits are for evaluating service quality. Paid credits and subscription entitlements are based on account console and order records.

Credit costs are shown before generation or export. Failed task credit handling follows server records and the current refund policy.

You may not use Piximagi to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, adult, hateful, dangerous, or otherwise policy-violating content.

You may not use bulk signups, automated abuse, challenge bypassing, free-trial abuse, or interface attacks to disrupt the service.

Paid HD and 4K exports are designed for commercial use, but you remain responsible for rights and compliance around source materials, brands, likenesses, logos, products, and final images.

AI outputs can contain detail errors. Before publishing, review product structure, facial identity, text, trademarks, platform rules, and ad compliance requirements.

Payments are processed by Creem. Subscription, refund, cancellation, and order issue handling depends on Piximagi records, Creem status, and applicable policy.
